Manycore Tech files application for Hong Kong listing

Manycore Tech, a maker of 3D design software, has applied to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to the exchange’s website on Friday.

The firm reportedly plans to raise up to US$200 million (HK$1.56 billion).

CCB International and JPMorgan Chase are the joint sponsors.

Hangzhou-based Manycore generated a revenue of 552.9 million yuan (HK$590.31 million) in the first nine months of last year, up 13.8 percent year-on-year, and its net loss narrowed by 52.8 percent to 93.6 million yuan, according to its prospectus.
