Belgravia Place in Cheung Sha Wan plans first round of sales this month

The second phase of Belgravia Place in Cheung Sha Wan, developed by Henderson Land Development (0012), plans to launch its first round of sales before the end of this month.

The project's show flat will also open to the public this week, according to Thomas Lam Tat-man, Henderson Land general manager of the sales department.

The Paddington, a nearby project also developed by Henderson Land, has seen 197 sold flats so far, cashing in around HK$1.1 billion.
