The Center selling $1.2 billion of office space

Thirteen units of The Center in Central, representing a total market value of about HK$1.2 billion, are being put up for sale, according to Centaline Commercial.

These units measure between 1,842 and 9,565 square feet. The largest unit, located on the 45th floor, is being sold for around HK$232 million, or HK$24,300 per sq ft.

The owner will initially offer eight units – four on the 45th floor and four on the 27th – with asking prices starting at HK$21,800 per sq ft.
